A Hellfire Death Cache is the visual mood recorded when a character with Low Honour leaves a personal Death Cache. Its contained fire identifies the owner's Honour tier at the moment of death, not their current Honour and never an exact value.
What Hellfire changes
Hellfire changes presentation only. It does not remove property, shorten recovery, remove protection, or make the cache available for punishment or looting. The normal Death Cache timeline and ownership rules remain in force.
The cache keeps the Hellfire mood that was recorded when it was created even if the character's Honour later changes. A separately selected Death Cache effect style or colour can alter the cosmetic presentation without changing the Hellfire mood or any gameplay rule.
Hellfire is not permission to steal. Public access after the owner-only phase still does not transfer ownership, and taking the property can lower Honour.
