Loot appears through world placement and searchable spots. Rarity communicates relative item quality or scarcity where the item supports rarity.
Searching safely
Clear the immediate area, keep enough inventory space, and avoid lingering at a search spot when your party has lost contact. A Flashlight adds 5% loot quality while equipped and a Lockpick Set adds 8%; those bonuses improve the supported loot roll rather than guaranteeing a particular item.
Loot is selected from the location and world state. The public item pages document only the reviewed identifiers, while the active shard remains authoritative for the current table, rarity roll, quantity, and search result.
